Lambeth Asphalt Services completed a full-depth milling and repaving project at Oakwood Forest, a residential community in Greensboro, NC. Resurfacing severely deteriorated roads, correcting drainage issues, and keeping school buses running throughout construction.

Oakwood Forest's internal roads had reached critical failure, extensive alligatoring, soft spots, and structural cracking throughout the community. Lambeth Asphalt was brought in to mill out the damaged surface to two inches depth and repave with fresh asphalt, restoring both ride quality and structural integrity.
The team moved approximately 800 tons of material across multiple roads over two days. One of the most technically demanding aspects was drainage correction, the original road grading was pushing water toward trailer foundations rather than away from them. Lambeth's crew redesigned the crown profile, forcing water to a center valley to protect surrounding properties.
Work was performed live in an active residential community, requiring coordination around school bus schedules and resident traffic throughout the project.
