The Challenge

A high-traffic warehouse complex in Durham had reached the point where years of constant use had worn the surface down to the point of no return. The blacktop was heavily faded, the line markings had deteriorated to the point of being barely distinguishable, and the property needed a full sealcoat and restripe. With 12 to 15 active businesses operating out of the complex, shutting down any section of the lot wasn't an option.
