The Challenge

Koury Corporation needed a complete parking lot rebuild at their Grandover office complex in Greensboro, not a patch job, not a resurface, but a full demolition and rebuild from the ground up. The property sits on a campus with unique grades and angles throughout, making precision grading critical to long-term performance. On top of the technical complexity, there was a hard deadline: tenants were moving into the shared office space and the lot had to be operational in time.
