The Challenge

Koury Corporation needed a complete parking lot rebuild at their Grandover office complex in Greensboro, not a patch job, not a resurface, but a full demolition and rebuild from the ground up. The property sits on a campus with unique grades and angles throughout, making precision grading critical to long-term performance. On top of the technical complexity, there was a hard deadline: tenants were moving into the shared office space and the lot had to be operational in time. Meanwhile, the site was active with landscapers, glass installers, and construction contractors all working toward the same move-in date.

The Approach

Lambeth Asphalt coordinated closely with the Koury Corporation team and the other contractors on site to sequence the work without becoming a bottleneck. The crew handled full-depth milling and removal of the existing surface, regraded the lot to address the slopes and angles across the property, and paved in phases to keep portions of the site accessible throughout the project. Special attention was paid to the grading plan, the varied terrain required careful layout to ensure proper drainage and a smooth riding surface that would hold up for years. Once paving was complete, the lot was fully striped before the first tenants arrived.

The Koury Corporation parking lot was delivered on schedule, fully operational for move-in day. The finished surface accounts for every grade change and angle on the property, drains correctly, and presents a clean, professional appearance befitting a high-end office campus.
